Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per whole vehicle, luggage included. For groups of 8 or more there are minibuses with their own rate.
How and when do I pay?
Availability and final price are confirmed on WhatsApp after the request; payment is managed per the conditions confirmed at booking.
Can I cancel or change the booking?
Yes, per the conditions confirmed when booking: time or date changes always adapt subject to availability.
Airports and arrivals
Which airport suits me?

What if my flight is delayed?
The driver tracks your flight number: if it lands late, they wait at no extra cost. Always state your flight in the request.
Where does the driver meet me?
At arrivals, with your name on a sign. For cruises, at the terminal matching your ship.
Is there a night or holiday supplement?
Pickups between 00:00 and 06:00 and holidays carry a supplement: detailed on season prices.

Is there a train on the Costa Brava?
Only to Blanes, Llanca and Figueres: Tossa, Lloret, Platja dAro and the coves have no station and the transfer covers the last mile.
Can I transfer between towns?
Yes: transfers are not only from airports, they also cover town-to-town trips, dinners far from your hotel and hotel changes.
Vehicles and luggage
How many cases can I bring?
Each large checked case takes one boot space; cabin trolleys do not reduce capacity. Details per vehicle are on vehicle types.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free on request: state each child's age in the notes and the vehicle comes prepared.
Do skis or golf bags fit?
Yes: each set counts as one case. For groups with gear, the minibus is usually the best option.
